Internal Complaint Committee

The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act and Rules, 2013 (“Law”) mandates every Employer to “provide a safe working environment at the workplace which shall include safety from the persons coming into contact at the workplace”

Our organizations has employees (whether permanent, temporary, consultants, interns or contract workers irrespective of gender) are mandated under Law to comply with certain requirements laid down under the POSH Act. This Law also lays down the redressal mechanism wherein the aggrieved person can file a sexual harassment complaint with the Committee of the organization stated below

Reference to the mail by Director, National Medical Comission, New Delhi, and The orders by Hon'ble Supreme Court vide its Judgement dated 15.05.2023, it is hereby formed 4th amended ‘Anti Sexual or Gender Harassment, Committee/Internal Complaint Committee’ of this institution with the following office bearers.
